1Why I Want To Be a NurseSince childhood, I always had the compassion to help other people, mostly the elderly inmy area. As I grew up, my commitment tohelp othersgot stronger, as I continued to discover mypassion in the career. Thiscontinued tomotivatemeto study nursing, having the hopes that I willbe able to extend care to other people.I have always wanted to give care to people making nursinga good option for me.In addition to that, as a nurse, I will change so many people’s lives with mycompassionate nature. I will be in a position to give patients hope even in their worst situations.Besides changing other people’s lives, I would be able to learn new things, being able to providethe best care to my patients. Being a nurse is very challenging because one has to keep updated onmedical training and trends. Regardless of the challenge, it will be always interesting handling newchallenges, but, knowing in mind that it will help learn something new, inspiring to improve deeperknowledge ofprocedures and techniques used to help the patients.
In the nursing career, there are new experiences every day, and some require fast thinking.As a person who thrives in such experiences, it is my personal belief that the nursing career willoffer a good environment where I can use my strengths while exploring diversities andopportunities in the career. I have always hoped to be atthe forefront of the telemedicinemovements, which will help patients in the intensive care unit who needs a lot of attention, whichcan only be achieved as a nurse.In addition,Iwill get a chance to interact with other health careprofessionals, which will help me expand my knowledge in the field.In conclusion,Iaspireto bea nurse because I want to help those in need and give them hope.There are many patients who areliving without hope in life, and they need someone, who can shine a light in their lives. I take it asa responsibility to help such people, to live and embrace a new life.
